March First Friday Recap

First Friday last week was a blast! Thanks so much to everyone who came out and helped us kick off Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, a cause close to us here at Element of Art. Guests enjoyed a variety of entertainment and refreshments as they checked out the newly displayed art works.

Jon and Sayja (Andrew) Nelson started us off with some sweet tunes on their guitars, which set the mood for the RNI Dance Troupe that followed. The troupe dazzled the crowd with dance and music from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. Everyone had a stompin' good time! This incredible evening was wrapped up with the local storyteller group Spoken Images. The audience was captivated by their new twists on three versions of the classic Cinderella story.

If you missed out, don't worry! Come join us for the next First Friday event on April 6th and see what festivities we'll have to offer as the spring season begins. As always, we'll be displaying new artworks from our talented artists. Keep an eye on our calendar or Facebook page for coming updates about this exciting event.

Stop in and see us anytime to learn more about the dazzling new artworks we have on display, including fruit paintings, abstracts, and more! If you're interested in producing your own artwork, join one of our classes to sharpen your skills. Learn more about our classes by checking out our website or Facebook page. Now is the perfect time to visit our studio and get involved as we keep Developmental Disabilities Awareness month going on strong after such an amazing start after the First Friday event. Hope to see you soon!
